- 1 Tbl honey
- 1 1/2 c warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

Top your pizza with whatever you want and bake in a 500 F oven (preheated, obviously). Your pizza will shrink unless you put a ton of wet ingredients on it (don’t). That is OK, that’s part of the charm of an ugly yet delicious homemade pizza.
For the best cheese, buy the plastic wrapped balls from the grocery store and grate or slice them yourself. The pre-shredded stuff is OK but has added starch to keep it from sticking to its self, which makes it have a lower gooey factor. To me, it’s all about the gooey factor in the cheese. Nom!
