I’ve been pinning a LOT of recipes that I would like to make and leaving notes on them after making them on my Pinterest boards, I’m addicted to pinning, so have fun visiting my outsourced brain. While you’re here, below are my own recipes that I wrote and old favorites that want to share with you all:

- Yogurt Dill baked salmon (from the Micro Ways cookbook, only baked)
- Bocca burgers with medium cheddar OR salmon burgers, topped with sliced avocado on a Rudi’s whole wheat buns, with a side of oven fries with Red Robin seasoning salt on them (that stuff is like crack!)

- My mom’s Passover friendly, Kugel style samosa

- Japanese
- Sushi – mix drained, canned tuna with just enough mayo to hold it together, Japanese chili powder, siracha sauce, and black sesame seeds to make spicy tuna filling, let filling sit for at least 1/2 an hour before serving. Roll with cucumber or avocado for a cool thing to counter the spicy tuna.
