Yes, we walking into our reception to Queen’s “We Are The Champions” and then did our first hug-n-waddle dance to it as well. We never did get around to picking out a first song or practicing dancing anywhere other than our apartment (which had TWO couches and not much room in it until about a month ago). Yes, Katie and Peter might think we stole their songs, but I suggested them…. 2 years ago, for their wedding. I know it’s petty and stupid to dwell on, but I definitely have had the idea of walking into my wedding reception to “We Are The Champions” long before I had any idea what my e-ring was going to look like let alone my dress or even wedding date. //end babbling mini rant//
