If no one has received their invitation by Friday, it will be officially time to freak out. Until then, I’m just going to chalk it up to the fact that I hand addressed them in cursive, and the envelopes are square and need to be hand sorted. If they end up going to my parents’ house because of insufficient postage (even though 2 people at 2 different postal annexes verified the cost), I’m going to cry. Then I’m going to laugh. Then, I’ll send you all an evite, because they’re out of my hands now.
Note to future brides: send yourself an invitation before mailing the big back so that you know how long it’ll take for them to reach you and to make sure that you have the correct postage –or you’ll end up freaking out on your couch, like me, that no one will get to see the beautiful invitations that you splurged on.

Thursday, August 5th update: Invitations have arrived in the same zip code as the post office I mailed them from, so they should slowly work their way out from there. We even got an RSVP today! WOOHOO! At least 2 people are coming to our wedding!
